How do I complete a deal?

In order to complete a Deal/Task, you must click on the “Claim Deal”button and complete all requirements specified in the description. It can take multiple days for a completed Deal/Task to be displayed on your status page.

Is there a limit to the amount of rewards I can claim?

There is a limitation of one Reward per household per twelve (12 months). Therefore, you must wait twelve (12) months after completing all of the Deals/Tasks required for a Reward before becoming eligible for another Reward.

Ive finished a deal but it is not showing, what is wrong?

Deals can take up to 5 days to show in your account
